All orders are shipped using 3rdparty courier service, on their cheapest option within South Africa. If you require express delivery, please make arrangements before placing your oder.
All orders shipped in document bag are delivered to major centers within 24 - 48 hours of shipping. Areas that fall outside major centers can expect 48 - 96 hours delivery time.
Any orders that do not fit into a document bag are shipped using road freight and are typically delivered 48 - 72 hours after shipping.
When using an EFT payment option, goods will only be shipped once funds reflect in the Troisport account.
All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day, provided payment has been received.
All returns or swapping of items with one of our couriers, will be charged at R200.00 (VAT incl) per way.
