Returns

Please complete the form below to request a return or swop. Please ensure you add the following information to the below and your return must be within 30 days of delivery. No items will be exchanged and or credited after 30 days of delivery.

 No swaps or returns on clearance Sale.

Information required for return or swop: Reason for return, Description of item and original order number so we can track the item and order. Please note that all returns need to be made by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Also please note all  items returned other than those under warranty, need to be returned in the original packaging (bag) and have all original labels attached. No returns or swops can be accepted if the above is not in place.

All returns and swops are for the customers' account.

Should Troisport need to facilitate the return via our courier and in some cases the re-issue of another item to you, each Return is charged at R150.00 for items to be refunded. (IE: Return of one item and re-issue of another back to you = R300)

Please note that all SPECIAL ORDERS placed with Troisport for specific product from are NON-RETURNABLE. Items also purchased on our BLACK NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER 50% DISCOUNTS are also NON RETURNABLESPECIAL ORDERS are all products not stocked in SA and imported specifically by customer request. All other items may be swopped and exchanged. 

Please note that if an order needs to be refunded, that the refund payment will happen via EFT only - you can send us your bank account information and the payment will be processed on the Friday of that specific week. Unfortunately, no refunds will be processed to credit cards. Refunds will also not be processed until such time as we have the item (s) in our possession.
