Wetsuit Returns & Warranties

All wetsuits purchased online go through a pre-shipping inspection to ensure they are 100% prior to shipping. 

Wetsuits Returns:

We will accept wetsuit returns from online wetsuit purchases should the wetsuit be as NEW as delivered. This means no marks, cuts, folds or nicks from fitting. The wetsuit is to be unused and no smell of perfume and or deodorant and should not be rinsed or washed. ALL labels still attached to the wetsuit and the wetsuit packed in its original packaging with all accessories such as bag and gloves.

Wetsuit Warranties:

All 2XU and Flowolf wetsuits hold a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. (Warranties are VOID should there be any alteration, work or glueing done)

The warranty covers "manufacturing issues" and NOT folds, cuts and nicks caused from use and / or fitting of the wetsuit. Both 2XU and Flowolf reserve the right to fix or repair a wetsuit.
